I'll dominate 'serious combatant' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.

Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming boxing match.

Ex twice unified title holder Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth disparity - at Miami venue on 19 December.

Boxer's Attitude

"I will damage his features and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, stated.

"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I'm going to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."

Civil Exchange

In spite of these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - normally recognized for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.

Paul instead targeted former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou rejected a fight offer.

Taking Aim at Tyson Fury

Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.

"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.

"I give him credit for that."

Legitimate Fighter

Despite stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.

"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he remarked.

Paul's History

Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.

He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.

Commercial Success

However, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's largest money-making draws, frequently receiving massive earnings.

Prediction and Belief

The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in round four or five and claimed he would stop the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for 2026.

"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.

Physical Disparity

As the two fighters engaged in the traditional face-off, with their size difference evident, it highlighted just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is actually proceeding.
